When you shop with BEROCK, All Domestic Orders over USD 100 include FREE shipping. However, for domestic (US) Orders under USD 100, you might have to pay a nominal fee to get their orders shipped and delivered to their specified addresses.

BEROCK offers free & fast worldwide shipping. Customers ordering from outside the US and for all International orders over USD 150 includes FREE shipping. However, on International orders under USD 150, you will be charged a nominal shipping fee for international shipping duties and taxes. 

Please note that BEROCK will not be responsible for orders marked as “delivered” but were not received by the customer. 

Please contact BEROCK customer support team by phone or mail if you find yourself under such conditions. You can also leave a ticket with us, and our team will file a claim on your behalf with the courier.

Please note that BEROCK will only reship the package marked as “not delivered” or “lost in transit.”
